The contenders are separating themselves from the pretenders, the trade deadline looms, and the push for the playoffs is about to get intense. If your team is struggling, now is the time to make a move. If you're at the top, don't get comfortable!
MASH Monsters & Top Performers
After a truly embarrassing Dumpster Fire performance last week, chicksDigtheLongball (The Commish) apparently took it personally. He responded with an absolute monster week, dominating the league with a #1 MASH of 82-23-5 and his first Homer Cup 🏆 of the season! Also putting up huge numbers was Handsy McNasty (Ads), with the second-best MASH of 69-34-7, and the comeback story of the year, Staff Infection (Turg), continued his hot streak with the third-best MASH of 68-37-5.

Key Stories from Week 11
The Commish Lays Down the Law
Talk about a response! After getting roasted for the Dumpster Fire award in Week 10, Luke came out swinging. His team was #1 across the league in Runs, HR, and RBI, and top-3 in AVG, ERA, WHIP, and Net Wins. That MASH-leading performance fueled an 8-1-1 beatdown of Joel. It was a statement week that keeps him solidly in the top half of the standings.
Forgy Holds On By a Thread
Ricky Vaughn (Forgy), had a tense week, battling to a 5-5 tie against JOBU. His MASH was mediocre (6th best), but it was just enough to maintain his spot atop the standings. His grip on first place is tenuous at best, with the pack right behind him.
Beetle Stops the Bleeding
After a couple of disastrous weeks that saw him fall from #1, The Beetle Bunch (Ben) got a much-needed 5-4-1 H2H win over a struggling TNTNT squad. Ben's MASH was still poor (9th), so it wasn't a return to dominance, but the victory was crucial to stop his freefall and help him leapfrog back into the #2 spot overall.
Turg is For Real
The ride continues for Staff Infection (Turg). Another great week (#3 MASH) and another solid H2H win, this time against a strong Air Yordan team. Turg has officially climbed to 6th place and has a winning record. This is no longer a fluke; he's a legitimate contender.
This Week's Hard Luck Award 😢
This week's award goes to Air Yordan (Garrett). G's team put up a respectable MASH (7th, 49-55-6), a performance that can often get you a win. Unfortunately, he ran into the buzzsaw that is the new-and-improved Staff Infection, who had the 3rd best MASH of the week. Sometimes you just run into a hotter team. A tough 3-6-1 loss for G.
This Week's "Got Away With One" Award 🍀
Let's give this to The Beetle Bunch (Ben). He desperately needed a win to stop his slide, and he got one, 5-4-1. He's lucky he was facing TNTNT during on of their worst MASH weeks of the season (11th). Ben's own MASH was a lowly 9th, so this was truly a battle of struggling teams where Beetle just happened to come out on top. He'll take the lucky win to get back to #2 in the standings.
Dumpster Fire of the Week: Bro Bichette's Blues 🔥
While TNTNT also had a horrific MASH week, the crown for Week 11's biggest disaster goes to Bro Bichette (Zach). Killer's squad posted the league's WORST MASH (a painful 25-77-8) and lost decisively 2-5-3 to the Bronx Bombers. Finishing dead last in HR, RBI, and K/9 is a tough look.
The Tater Tracker is Live 🥔
After a few weeks of tough math for Neate, we've introduced the FBBL Tater Tracker, which will let you know how many home runs you've hit, and how many you've had hit against you through the seaon. Like MASH, this can be a good barometer to help identify if you're good, or just lucky. You can find the tracker here.
Standings Snapshot at the Halfway Point
With 11 weeks down, the playoff race is heating up!
- #1: Ricky Vaughn (63-41-6) - Still clinging to the top spot.
- #2: The Beetle Bunch (60-41-9) - Bounces back into the top 2.
- #3: Air Yordan (60-45-5) - Tied for 3rd with TNTNT.
- #3: TNTNT (61-44-5) - Slips a bit but still in the hunt. (Note: TNTNT & G have very similar records, standings may vary slightly based on tiebreakers)
- #12: Welcome to the Jungle (41-63-6) - Neate remains in the basement.
That's the halftime report! The next 11 weeks will decide it all. Time to get serious, work the wire, and make that playoff push! Good luck! ☘️
